Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Seeing the system does not mean a higher score. It means you can see the budget, the IT default, the contract — not only the sentence. At the Minnesota Department of Human Services, equity lives in budgets, IT defaults, contracts, hiring pipelines, and who is in the room when a rule is written. This course is for people who lead or design those systems. Voluntary. No ranking. You will name where a process was built for one kind of workday, and what a leader of a system actually changes.
If you only fix the sentence, the portal stays.
