Stay is a chance to change a gate. Exit is a who in who left.

A stay interview is Adaptation before the resignation. An exit interview is data after. Both fail if they are theater: collected, blended, never returned to a posting or a panel. This course is two skills, one title. If a complaint surfaces, you stop and use Equal Opportunity and Access. Voluntary. Confidential. No score.
