Curriculum IV · Employee life cycle
EOAD when someone is harmed. A lens on the posting, panel, and 90-day before anyone has to complain.
40–50 minutes · 4 lessons · Voluntary learning

A hallway cannot be the complaint process and the design look.
Point, stop, protect. You do not decide the case.
A lens on the posting, panel, and 90-day before anyone has to complain.
Door and lens both return to a gate. The map is complete.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Equal opportunity is both a door and a lens. The door is Equal Opportunity and Access when someone is harmed. The lens is the posting, the panel, the ninety-day, before anyone has to complain. This course teaches you to tell them apart, and not to merge them in a hallway. You will not be the investigator. Voluntary. For every employee.
You do not need a complainant to design a gate. You must not workshop a complaint.
Use this aid while applying Equal Opportunity in Employment — the Door and the Lens to a live DHS work object.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Participation and course completion in this program do not count toward DHS-required training credits unless management, a director, or DHS leadership expressly approves an exception.
Lens on actions. Measurable change. Related to equal opportunity — not a substitute for EOAD.
The lens on a hire, panel, or 90-day before it locks.
The map this course closes.
When a fight is still informal — and when it is this door.
