Curriculum I · Intercultural
UNESCO, Bennett, and the continuum are maps. A quiz in this hub is not.
30–40 minutes · 4 lessons · Voluntary learning

You already have Minimization and Acceptance. This is why those maps exist — and where they stop.
Not race. Not a people. Not a pass on the toolkit.
Notice the orientation in the process — not in a colleague’s character.
Conflict styles, critical incidents, humility vs. checklist — still no score.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Intercultural competence is a map, not a badge. UNESCO, Bennett, the continuum you already met — useful. A quiz in this hub is not. This course is what those maps are, what they are not, and how Minimization still hides who a process was built for. Voluntary. You will not be scored. The IDI stays where it already lives.
You can be culturally aware and still ship an English-only form.
Use this aid while applying Intercultural Competence without a Score to a live DHS work object.
