45–60 minutes · 6 lessons · Voluntary learning

Ranking who is evolved is not Adaptation.
Channel, breakout, date, or honest identical default.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Noticing difference without ranking people is Acceptance. Changing the work is Adaptation. Sameness-as-fairness says we treat everyone the same and calls that fairness. This course is more practice: a form, a hire, a meeting. Voluntary. No score. The continuum is a map. You choose the next move.
Acceptance without Adaptation is incomplete. Polarization is not courage.
