Curiosity that does not end — and a form that still needs a who, data, and a date.
35–45 minutes · 4 lessons · Voluntary learning

A fact sheet is not a person. A blank analysis is not humility.
“How Hmong families are” is a capsule. Ask this family.
NCCC organizational checklists, CLAS, the toolkit — those are designs.
Curiosity in the room. Name who the form was built for. Date the next move.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Cultural humility is curiosity that does not end. A checklist can still be the toolkit. This course holds both: do not reduce a people to a fact sheet, and do not refuse a form because it feels like a box. At Minnesota DHS the work in front of you still gets a who, data, and a date. Voluntary. This course does not assign a score.
You do not finish learning a people. You do finish the who, the data, and the date on the work in front of you.
Use this aid while applying Cultural Humility vs. a Checklist to a live DHS work object.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Participation and course completion in this program do not count toward DHS-required training credits unless management, a director, or DHS leadership expressly approves an exception.
Organizational evidence. Not a person score.
The checklist that is the method.
When you need a role, not a fact sheet.
