Open a title, keep the room on the process, and do not score anyone.
40–50 minutes · 6 lessons · Voluntary learning

The courses teach. You hold the room. You do not perform equity.
Voluntary. Scope. Job aid. Time. What this is not.
Access is a facilitator job. Book it before anyone asks.
Chair lines. Process as the object. You are not a referee of souls.
No homemade test. No debrief. No loyalty test on remedies.
Job aid in the hand. Next course named. Doors named. You go home.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
If you facilitate this curriculum, you are not the curriculum. You open a course. You keep the room on the process. You do not score anyone. You do not debrief a private assessment. You do not convert colleagues. This guide is for people who run a session of People, Access and Culture. Accessibility of the room is yours. Polarization is a chair problem. The courses do the teaching.
The object is the process, not a person. We are not scoring anyone.
