40–55 minutes · 5 lessons · Voluntary learning

A values wall without a changed default is theater.
One person is not a people. One seat is not Adaptation.
Teaching the room is work. Treat it as work or stop assigning it in the hallway.
Antiracist, multicultural, intercultural. Related. Not one blended category.
Agenda, assignment, credit, repair. No campaign required.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Posters are not culture. Tokenism is asking one person to represent a people and to educate the room. The Equity Policy names an antiracist, multicultural, and intercultural organization. Those are outcomes in the work, not an atmosphere. This course is for people who lead. Who is asked to teach. What a supervisor does on an ordinary workday. No theater.
Do not ask one employee to be a people. Do not make the harmed person the teacher.
Use this aid while applying Culture Without Theater to a live DHS work object.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.

Antiracist, multicultural, intercultural — related and kept distinct.
Tokenism and who educates — rebuilt here as original One DHS, not the staff file.
