When a workday surprises you — notice, change a channel, or use a formal door.
35–45 minutes · 4 lessons · Voluntary learning

Not every difficult feeling. A miss you can point to in the work.
What happened. Who the process was built for. What you will change.
Learning versus a complaint.
Four lines. Then use Humility vs. Checklist if you reached for a fact sheet.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
A critical incident is a workday that surprised you. Someone lost face. A joke landed as harm. A process treated a family as a problem. This course is how you notice without making a villain, write what the process did, and change a channel or use a formal door. It is not a story circle for a complaint. Voluntary. This course does not assign a score.
If you need a villain, you are already ranking people.
Use this aid while applying Critical Incidents in the Work to a live DHS work object.
