Desk, badge, buddy, probation — a design, and who each was built for.

Belonging posters do not badge the door.
Captions, desk, software, interpreter, building. Book them before anyone asks.
Teaching the job is work. Do not assign it by race or disability.
The rule may be identical. The 30-60-90 still has a who.
Badge, buddy, check-in, or honest identical. Then performance.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Onboarding is the first ninety days as a design, not a vibe. Who gets a desk that works, a badge that works, a buddy who is not unpaid by identity, and a probation that was built for one kind of Tuesday. Voluntary. All employees. Name who your ninety-day was built for, and one channel you will change or leave identical on purpose.
A poster is allowed. It is not a badge that works on Monday.
