The practical part. Five lines you can run over one real document in about an hour, ending with a fix you can make yourself and an ask you can take to somebody else.
What you’ll be able to do
Complete an inclusion and privacy review of one real form, policy or message, naming what it asks, where it could expose or exclude someone, the first fix and its named owner.
Compare the responses to this question and explain your choice: Where does your review start?
Draft a review sheet for one form, policy or message for your work, including what you are reviewing, and who receives it, every question it asks, and the reason for each one, where a person could be exposed, burdened or left out.
Participation and course completion in this program do not count toward DHS-required training credits unless management, a director, or DHS leadership expressly approves an exception.
