Champion workflow
Contribute, write, use the toolkit, stop for a formal door, hand off — a workflow, not unpaid race education.
35–45 minutes · 6 lessons · Voluntary learning

Contribute to the process. Do not become the people.
Notice → ask → write → date → hand off or escalate.
You do not. Point to a method. Keep consultation as a government door.
Help it happen before the lock. Do not fill it after as cover.
Champion is not EOAD, HR, or a Nation.
Write it down. Return the work to the owner. Point to the next course.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
An equity champion is not the unpaid race educator for the unit. This is a workflow. How you contribute, what you write, when you use the toolkit, when you stop and use a formal door, and how you hand off without making a colleague the curriculum. Voluntary. You will walk a live piece of work, step by step.
The owner fills the toolkit. The champion helps the method.
Use this aid while applying Equity Champion Contribution Workflow to a live DHS work object.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Participation and course completion in this program do not count toward DHS-required training credits unless management, a director, or DHS leadership expressly approves an exception.
Walk it with the owner before the lock.
Tokenism and who is asked to educate — the trap this workflow refuses.
