A Note on This Guide

This page is European American cultural intelligence in Minnesota — historic cultures, not a “white people” mash. Norwegian Lutheran farm culture, German civic order, Irish Catholic St. Paul, Iron Range, Yankee New England, and later European streams are not one module. That mash is the same error we refused for Black and Asian.

Who this is

People of color have to understand these cultures too. Dominant-culture staff have to see them as culture, not as professionalism. This is not white-versus-minority as the only frame. It is not a claim that racism is symmetrical. The record still exists.

What people brought

Full mosaic by stream is still deepening. German, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Irish, Czech, Polish are separate grammars, not a race poster.
