Curriculum II · Racial equity
Privilege does the education. Structure does the change. A continuum, not a poster.
Course 50–70 minutes · 7 lessons · Voluntary learning

Dismantling racism is not unpaid teaching by the person who already pays the cost.
Culture is the pattern that turns values into Tuesday — not the all-staff slide.
A symbolic seat is not diversity. Optics without infrastructure isolate the person used as proof.
The institution can sit in more than one stage at once. You do not sit people.
Sameness-as-fairness lives here: we don’t have a problem; the door is open; the default did not move.
Training and identity statements can leave White advantage intact. Restructuring is the next stage.
One live object. One community. One stage reading. Then a move or a written why-not.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Anti-racism is ordinary work at Minnesota DHS, not a poster. Privilege does the education — the people who hold the default learn the history and the present. Structure does the change — a hire, a rule, a public comment, a meeting. This title uses a published continuum as a map, not a score. You will not be ranked. You will place one live piece of work and name who owns it.
Dismantling racism is predominantly the work of those with racial privilege and power inside the institution.
Use this aid while applying Anti-Racism as Ordinary Work to a live DHS work object.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.
Participation and course completion in this program do not count toward DHS-required training credits unless management, a director, or DHS leadership expressly approves an exception.
Evidence for stamina, culture, tokenism, and the Crossroads continuum. Rebuilt as original One DHS staff learning.
Jackson, Hardiman, later adaptations. Map of institutions, not a test of employees.
Antiracist, multicultural, and intercultural as related outcomes. Not a score.
Method cousin to the DHS Equity Analysis Toolkit.
