Why it is here: leadership pathways should connect to programs that exist. Correcting the record matters; an earlier draft described a DHS-owned Emerging Leaders program that public evidence does not support.
How to use it: check eligibility, timing, and the nomination process at the source. Supervisors can use sponsorship to make sure people from underrepresented communities know about it and are nominated.
