Equity-centered leadership is ordinary work. The agenda you set, the assignment you give, the credit you take, the repair you own. It is not a poster and not a ranking of staff. This course is for supervisors, managers, and anyone who convenes work at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. You will not be scored. You will be asked to own one decision.
If you convene, you own time, tools, and talk.
