Lead change in Minnesota disability services by working within Olmstead, federal settings and state licensing frames, communicating honestly through redesign, co-designing with self-advocates and partners, and measuring outcomes people value.
About 48 minutes, plus optional practice · 4 lessons · Voluntary learning

Explain the Olmstead principle and the role of Minnesota's Olmstead Plan, Subcabinet and Implementation Office.
Describe the goals and current status of Waiver Reimagine and the new Disability Waiver Program using DHS public information.
Distinguish informing, consulting and co-designing, and identify when each is appropriate.
Explain how licensing standards, provider oversight and person-centered outcomes fit together in a quality system.
Review one report or dashboard your team uses. Label each measure as activity, compliance or outcome. Propose one outcome measure, with its source and limits, that people receiving services would recognize as meaningful, and ask a self-advocate advisor or partner whether it fits.
