If you mentor, schedule it. If you can open a gate, open one. Then mobility.
Bring one live work object into the application workspace. Name who it was built for, who may carry the burden, and one change or formal escalation.

This course is for every Minnesota DHS employee who is asked to mentor, or who never gets a sponsor. You will not become the unpaid educator for people like you. Voluntary. No score.
