This program organizes by task and role so you do not have to learn the whole subject to do the next piece well. Why it matters: Generic awareness training rarely changes a decision. Support that recognizes what you are trying to do can. CONTENT Program and policy staff usually start with the equity review canvas, the equity analysis path, or the new-program checklist. Supervisors and managers usually start with team climate, stay conversations, accessible meetings, or advancement practice. Hiring managers and HR partners usually start with the inclusive hiring lifecycle and the job-relatedness check. Fiscal, contracts, and procurement staff usually start with procurement equity and the review canvas. Communications and language access staff usually start with plain language, accessible documents, and the language and cultural access planning aid. Data, research, and quality staff usually start with measuring without surveillance and the disaggregation guidance. Service delivery and support planning staff usually start with disability rights and service delivery, community material as questions, and access checks. Equity Directors and Specialists use all of it and, in the One DSD area, can contribute and review material for their scope. Role names, responsibilities, and reporting relationships change.
